Today we operate out of multiple datacentres in the UK, USA and Amsterdam giving us a truly global reach.

We are looking for 2 full-time Technical Support Agents to join our friendly team of highly skilled staff. These roles will involve answering support tickets, live chats and support phone calls as part of the main tasks throughout the day.


What you’ll be doing

Reporting to the Head of Support, Technical Support Agents will be joining a team of 60+ like-minded individuals. Using Slack and TeamSpeak to keep in touch with each other throughout the day, all support is handled through tickets, phone calls and live chat.

Krystal’s fleet runs cPanel and a LAMP stack, so familiarity with these technologies is highly preferable. On-the-job training will be provided and there’s scope for additional training via courses to develop your career. Once up to speed, Technical Support Agents will handle incoming requests, and will work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver first-class service to their clients.


We have 2 shift patterns available:

  • Monday to Friday – 12pm – 8pm
  • Wednesday to Sunday – 9am – 5pm

What experience you’ll need to apply:
  • Experienced with cPanel & WHM.
  • Experience or strong knowledge of web hosting.
  • Polite, industrious, and professional at all times.
  • Great team player and positive mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to learn and passionate about technology.
  • Ability to pick up new systems quickly.
  • Security conscious.

Highly Desirable:
  • General experience with virtualisation platforms, LAMP, SSH.
  • Knowledge of end-user applications such as WordPress, Joomla, Magento etc.
  • Understanding of mod_security and security best practices.
  • Flexible with your working hours.
