We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Campaign Manager to lead and optimise native ad and performance marketing campaigns. In this role, you'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of campaign management, ensuring that all campaigns meet or exceed performance goals and client expectations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in digital marketing, data-driven decision-making, and client relationship management. What you’ll be doing Lead the end-to-end management of native ad and performance marketing campaigns, including planning, setup, execution, and delivery. Continuously monitor and optimise campaigns using data insights to improve performance, maximise ROI, and achieve KPIs. Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, areas for improvement, and actionable insights to enhance campaign outcomes. Produce comprehensive reports on campaign performance, offering detailed insights, and providing strategic recommendations for future campaigns.
