A Market-leading SaaS client based in Hertfordshire is looking to expand their leadership team across Technology, due to this they now require a Software Director to look after software delivery projects for international retail clients.

The client has been established since 2006 and employs over 250 professionals across the globe, their client list includes prestigious retail and e-commerce clients.

The role will involve:

You will be managing software support services post-implementation, working alongside the CEO and end clients across the UK, Asia and the USA.

This is a technical software-focused role, the ideal person will come from a hands-on engineering/ architecture background and Is now in a leadership position delivering large technical projects, ideally within SME and enterprise-level organisations.

Managing a team of software delivery managers, tech leads, and product owners, your team will be providing support services to ene clients which will range from managing their CRM or EPOS implementation, supporting software services and making changes to systems if and when required.

Setting the roadmap, and strategy, and managing large accounts for global retailers.

The ideal person will come from a retail background and will have worked with 3rd party vendors/ suppliers and managed large software delivery programs

You will also be involved in managing end clients after implementations have been made providing software support support and changes

Someone with a software engineering and technical background will be required.

Excellent package on offer, including working with the CEO very closely, international travel will be involved (25%)
