My client within Financial Services are looking for a Technical Service SME to join their team.

This role will be working on engagement for project initiatives for new services, and improving operational processes. The client is looking for someone who can interpret data, discover trends, and identify root cause of problems.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in Service Excellence
  • Technical background with understanding of which teams need to play a part in implementing a new service and capability
  • Process and data analysis to identify and remove waste from operational services
  • Solid understanding of ITIL/Six Sigma
  • You'll also have extensive experience of using ServiceNow, Jira and ideally Power Bi


This is a 6 month contract paying £450 p/d Inside IR-35

The client has two office locations in Edinburgh and Leeds
