The Role:

As the Technical Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of hardware and software on our clients' sites globally. Your primary goal will be to minimise downtime and ensure optimal performance for our clients. You will manage a team of remote technical support engineers across multiple continents, as well as a warehouse manufacturing team. Additionally, you will serve as the main point of contact for any escalated technical issues, ensuring that faults are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Key Duties:

• Manage a team of technical support engineers, overseeing absence management, disciplinaries, and probation reviews, while ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures.
• Conduct onboarding and training for new employees.
• Oversee the rollout of proprietary software within our clients' global sites.
• Facilitate communication between account management, software, and music teams, keeping all departments informed of any updates or changes.
• Implement proactive preventative maintenance processes to minimise the risk of software and hardware issues.
• Attend client meetings as needed.

Essential Qualities and Skills:

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage communication between multiple departments.
• Ability to think quickly and problem-solve in high-pressure situations to ensure efficient resolution of technical issues.
• Experience in process improvement and developing new processes.
• Previous managerial experience.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Hybrid Role:

This is a hybrid position, allowing for a combination of remote work and in-office presence, with occasional travel to visit clients as needed.
