I am delighted to be responsible for managing the hiring processes of a particular organisation whose focus is on the greenfield engineering of cloud-based, high-transactional systems (think payment gateway and single sign on solutions), with the solutions all purely greenfield and being designed using Microservices.

This organisation have gained a lot of attention within the software development world for their innovative approach and ground-breaking solutions, leading to a huge influx of projects in 2018, which in turn means that there's a real need for a new Technical Lead to spear-head a brand new .NET team, which will see the whole function expand to 50.

The Technical Lead position will see you hold responsibility for managing the entirety of the project, driving technical discussions around architecture and ultimately designing the processes that underpin this role. It is expected, therefore, that you have a background of .NET engineering using C# and restful services, as well as the know-how to naturally work in a test-driven environment.

You'll be given the keys to unlock your potential in a way that you've never been able to before. You'll be involved in C-level discussions on architecture, you'll be leading some of the most talented teams in London.
