Technical Business Analyst required to understand, document and improve business processes and automate solutions internally for this mid-sized business in Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

Working in a small technical team you will be the divide between business and technical domains so must have good systems knowledge and experience. Gathering user needs you will assist in designing and delivering digital solutions to transform business practices.

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 depending on experience + Bonus scheme, Pension, Private Health, Life Assurance & Employee Assistance

Location: Hybrid - 1-2 days a week in Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent - this is not negotiable. Onsite parking available and close to station.

Skills required:

  • Ability to understand and map complex business processes using Lucid, Google Docs and Confluence.
  • Have worked in a Technical Business Analyst role before with technologies including Looker or Tableau, BigQuery, Sage, Retool, Zapier & CRM.
  • Experience of delivering change and transformation in an Agile environment where you have had to quickly understand technical concepts.
  • Self-starter that can manage workload and prioritise projects with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Pragmatic approach and ability to build long last relationships.
