I'm working with an innovative beverage manufacturer seeking a Technical Assistant to support their Technical Manager across food safety, quality, compliance and supplier management activities.

Key responsibilities include:

HACCP, TACCP & VACCP support

Supplier approval & ingredient compliance

Internal, customer & third-party audits

BRCGS, GMP & food safety compliance

Specifications, artwork & label reviews

CAPA investigations & technical documentation

Supporting NPD and continuous improvement projects

QA cover when required

What we're looking for:

Experience within alcoholic and/or non-alcoholic beverage manufacturing

HACCP Level 3+ qualification

Internal Auditor qualification

Knowledge of BRCGS, GMP, food legislation and beverage labelling requirements

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
