An impressive specialist consultancy are currently seeking an experienced Team Secretary to join their Birmingham offices. This is a permanent role, paying up to £23,000!
This is an immensely involved role, where you will be assisting one or more of the Management team, as well as providing efficient team support and relevant client administration.
This will include extensive diary management, arranging internal and external meetings, as well as organising all catering and refreshments. You will also be managing all routine administration of client accounts, updating manual databases, sending out mail merges, as well as maintaining all filing systems and archiving. Additionally, you will be the first point of call, answering all client enquiries via phone, and dealing with accordingly.
The ideal candidate must have significant experience of working at a senior level and be educated to GCSE level (or equivalent). In depth knowledge of Microsoft packages; such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, is necessary, alongside fast and accurate typing skills.
Experience in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment is essential. You must be pro-active and use initiative to think ahead and take responsibility for tasks across the office. You must be flexible, professional, and hold a willingness to take on longer hours, if and when necessary.
