Within this role you will be responsible for leading, inspiring and coaching a team to achieve and sustain exceptional performance. .

*Build strong relationships with external organisations to foster and maintain new relationships and opportunities to aid performance outcomes.
*Support your team with their personal development.
*Be able to manage performance and hold regular performance reviews with all staff.
*Maximise the retention of talent and maintain professional standards of service.
We are looking for a confident and competent individual who has proven experience in leadership and management in a performance driven environment. Strong communications and interpersonal skills are required as well as an individual who can work in a flexible and autonomous manner.
You need to be committed to transforming the lives of customers though employment. They will be confident and competent in networking and building relationships.
