Our inspiring and award-winning Children’s Services are expanding on a nationwide basis - we are therefore looking to grow our team of person-centred and empowering employees even further. At CareTech Children’s services, we want to give the Young People that we support 'extraordinary days every day’ - and this is where we need your assistance. You will hold a level 3 qualification in the Children & Young People’s Workforce (or equivalent) and have work experience in a similar environment.
The Children’s Division within CareTech provides residential care, fostering and supported accommodation to some of the most inspirational Young People across the UK. The commitment, passion and support of our current staff teams speaks for itself; with an endless number of success stories of how we have supported a Young Person to live their life to the full and go on to succeed to their full potential.
We have over 60 Children’s Services across the UK, and are now looking to expand further within our Inspire division. Inspire specialise in providing excellent residential children’s services supporting children and young people with physical and/or learning disabilities. Our home in Brierley Hill provides short breaks for amazing young people. We pride ourselves on providing an integrated approach, collaborating with specialists from health and education sectors in order to achieve the best possible outcomes for young people. We are looking for caring, empowering and friendly individuals who can really make a difference to our inspiring Young People.
Every Young Person in our care is treated as an individual; we are seeking a Team Leader who is adaptable, able to work under pressure and can work flexibly. In return you can expect:
