Our client, a leading active investment management company with a strong parent company and a culture of risk management. With 25 offices in the US, Europe and Asia Pacific, they provide global investment and research capabilities with consultative local delivery, are seeking for a Team Assistant to support the UK Institutional Sales and client Relations Team.

Team Assistant, UK Institutional Business

A broad assistant role, supporting the UK Institutional sales and client relations teams. The role will report to the Head of UK Consultant Relations. The candidate will work with PAs in other teams and locations where required.

Role

  • Organising meetings for the team and individuals. Booking rooms and catering.

  • Organising Events/Internal and Externals

  • Arranging small scale events and booking suitable restaurants for lunch/dinner meetings.

  • Keeping track of events spending budget.

  • Booking conference attendance and arranging invoice payments.

  • Arranging travel, transport and accommodation.

  • Online expenses processing for senior team members.

  • Dealing with correspondence and phone calls where necessary.

  • Producing meeting packs where required.

Required attributes

  • Organised and thorough.

  • Proactive, can-do attitude.

  • Confident and the ability to deal with staff of all levels within the organisation.

  • 1 year suitable administrative experience preferred.

IT skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint required
