Position Overview: The school are seeking flexible and dedicated Teaching Assistants/LSAs to join their enthusiastic and passionate team. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work across numerous year groups, supporting children both in small groups and on a 1:1 basis. These are full-time positions, and they welcome individuals who are passionate about education and committed to making a positive impact on the lives of the children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
  • Work with individuals and small groups of students to enhance their learning experience.
  • Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with additional needs.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with the school's provision team to ensure inclusive education for all.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant.
  • Ability to work flexibly across different year groups.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dedication to supporting children on both a small group and 1:1 basis.
  • Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude towards learning.

Half-Day Trials: Suitable candidates will have the opportunity to participate in half-day trials to experience the school environment and understand our approach to education.
