LTF Recruitment are delighted to offer the opportunity to work in a fantastic SEN school as a Teaching Assistant in Loughborough, Leicestershire. The school are looking for a supportive, caring person to work across a number of year groups to help assist students with SEN, allowing them to reach their goals with the additional support. The successful candidate will support the needs of young people who find it difficult to manage in mainstream school where their emotional and developmental needs cannot be met.

The school are looking for someone with the following:

• Professional, personal, or voluntary experience of working with children or disabilities.
• Comfortable working with children who exhibit challenging behaviour.
• Comfortable supporting others with personal/intimate care where required.
• Ability to keep calm in high pressure situation.
• A reliable, friendly face to the children and staff.
