Sustainability Consultant

This is the exciting opportunity for an experienced Sustainability Consultant to work on range of construction and existing estate projects. The successful candidate will join a multidisciplined consultancies energy team with the benefit of remote working.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Carry out SBEM Part L compliance calculations and reports
  • Through the use of IES, produce outputs for TM59 compliance
  • Produce reports and alternative design solutions for new and retrofit projects
  • Help clients understand the Part L, O, and F regulations

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least a level 4 NDEA qualification
  • Relevant degree within a sustainability or energy field with relevant experience within a Sustainability Consultancy role
  • Good understanding of Building regulations as well Part L compliance.
  • Experience delivering Overheating assessments to CIBSE TM52 and TM59
