We are working with a leading Loss Adjusting company who provide a fully outsourced claims handling and repair network services to their insurance company clients. They are looking for a surveyor to join their fast-growing team.

This is a role for a Chartered Builder or Building Surveyor in a technical role working to support a number of loss adjusting teams to advise on building issues and losses.
You will be referred work by your own adjusting teams and manage your own portfolio/case load.
This is a great opportunity for someone to work with a leading claims management company and grow and progress with the business.
The Required Skills:
Ideally you will be working towards or have the experience to support Chartered Surveyor status F/ARICS / F/MCIOBS
Construction / Property Knowledge
Experience with Claims / Loss reports
Costing / Loss experience within property/ Construction
Producing a quality service to internal and external loss adjusters and insurer clients.
Provide support to our adjusters - assistance with scope reviews, structural engineers report reviews/ queries, loss assessor scopes, tenders, joint site visits, project management
Inquisitive / Problem Solver
Organised and Autonomous hard worker
Good time keeping skills
