We currently have opportunities for dynamic Support Workers to develop the range and depth of their skills and experience.
You will be working with clients who have sustained a brain injury (either through accident or through illness) and want to get their lives back on track. You must have the ability to plan, motivate, use your initiative, patience, creativity and be non-judgmental. You will be supported by our extensively experienced office team and multidisciplinary therapists.
The right candidate for Support Workers will have the ability to do the following Key Tasks:
Personal Care Hygiene
Moving and Handling
Assisting Residents with Food and Drinks
Support the Residents in doing activities.
Provide the Residents with Companionship, Physical and Emotional Support.
Update daily records and all other relevant documentation.
Fantastic opportunity, for self-motivated, pro-active and dynamic individuals who already have some experience in support work or care, but looking to gain new knowledge and develop new skills, preferably with NVQ level 2, NVQ level 3 or Care Certificate.
