Residential Support Worker, Long term Temporary-Up to 40 hours per week available.

Your new company
We are looking for Support Workers who will be assisting with the care of up to 6 young people aged 10-20 years old within a residential setting based in Southampton. This home has a main focus on delivering positive outcome in line with the Every Child Matters and has outstanding Ofsted reports.

Your new role
As a support worker you will be providing good quality care to the residents while assisting in day to day delegated household tasks. You will assist permanent members of staff with tasks such as feeding and medication and will complete domestic cleaning as required. This role can offer up to 40 hours per week ongoing however must be able to help out with 0700-0900 shifts before school in the week. What you'll need to succeed
You will be motivated and passionate about helping people. You will need to have relevant experience in care preferably with young people. NVQ level 3 is preferable but not essential. You will need to be a car driver.
