Support Manager

We have an excellent opportunity to join an established company based in Corby. They are looking for an Support Manager to join their busy team.

This temporary post for 6-9 months.
Hours 9-5 role, 35 hours per week.

Your main duties will include:

o Day to day management of the partnership administrator team to deliver excellent partner experience for the clients partners, including effective delivery of Partner mapping, approval, student registration/certification and other Partner delivery processes, plus monitoring and reporting of activity
oDelivery of excellent internal support, to the Partner Development team and Project Managers
oEffective liaison with other functions within the business in delivering the above support services
oIdentify training needs and setting objectives as part of the PDR process including regular review activities to ensure PDP is met.
oDay to day management of the office to ensure effective measures are in place relating to annual leave, budgets, travel, office cover, calendars and other administrative duties to support the department.
oSupport the development of the CRM system and reporting.
oContribute to the development of processes and procedures in response to ongoing development of the Partner business, and to enhance the effectiveness of your role and the department.
oPlay a key role in developing activities to support engagement with key internal and external stakeholders.
