Store Operations Administrator

About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our centrally located Nottingham Head Office team.

You will provide a comprehensive administrative support role for the Store Operations Manager and team of Area Managers, in liaison with the HR team. You will be processing, collating and analysing data generated by our store network and producing all corresponding follow-up documentation. This will require you working collaboratively on a daily basis with the Area Managers and the store network.

The role will include all aspects of administration, including producing letters, collating Sales data and producing reports. Also, the recording and publication of HR data, including vacancies, leavers, absence and annual leave etc. In addition, recording store audit results, organising and updating team diaries as well as diary management for the Store Operations Manager. You will also undertake event management, including booking training facilities and meeting rooms.

As an organised, team player, you will have good attention to detail and be able to work consistently and accurately. You should be able to demonstrate effective, confident communication skills at all levels, with comprehensive IT skills in both Word and Excel.

Although an amount of this role will be routine weekly tasks, you should also be able to respond to changing priorities so a flexible and tenacious approach to meeting deadlines is essential.
