Store/Branch Manager

Our client, a long established business, requires a lively, ambitious and enthusiastic Store Manager for one of their busy and successful branches.

The ideal candidate would be from either a leisure, retail, resorts or licensing background. As part of the Senior Management Team, you will need to be front of house focused, be customer orientated, have exceptional and extremely strong communication, man-management and inter-personal skills. Excellent customer service experience is needed as well as the confidence to deal with difficult situations in a pressurised environment. Experience with compliance and health and safety would be an advantage.

You will be responsible for maximising store profit and growing the business, team recruitment & selection, managing and compiling staff rota’s and must be confident to interact with customers . As well as running the front of house operations in the branch, you will be managing and motivating the team members together with assisting the sales and marketing team in delivering creative and innovative promotions. You will need to ensure appropriate delivery through the team of store standards or service and cleanliness and be fully accountable for store performance and success. Full induction and training will be given.
