About the Role

We are looking for a Database Developer to join a growing technology-focused organisation that supports businesses with regulatory compliance and systems implementation.

This is a hands-on role where you will manage implementations end-to-end, working with a diverse range of customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver software implementation projects, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Gather and document client and internal requirements, configuring the software to meet business needs.
  • Analyse client workflows and provide best-practice recommendations aligned with system capabilities.
  • Support the client post-implementation and assist in continuous improvement cycles.

Skills and Experience

  • Strong technical background specifically with T-SQL
  • Experience with query writing, performance tuning and indexing
  • Experience with C#.
  • Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to understand both high-level and detailed requirements.

What Is on Offer

  • Salary of up to £60,000 depending on experience
  • Fully remote working model
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holiday
  • Pension scheme and additional benefits
