Location: Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire

Salary: £32k - £34k + Excellent Benefits

Job Type: Full-time

The Client:

Our renowned client, a hotel, creates delicious dishes from local, seasonal ingredients, highlighting culinary excellence and rich local larder.

The Role:

As a Sous Chef, you will lead the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, supervise the training of staff and the onboarding of new hires.

Requirements:

  • Previously worked as a Sous Chef or in a similar role.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a chef with cooking expertise.
  • Ideally have banqueting experience.
  • Capability to handle diverse menus from breakfast to corporate lunch and multicourse dinners.
  • Valid driving licence.
