If so this exciting role could be for you. An opportunity arisen for a Sous Chef role in the Stone area. Working in a very well established venue with a fantastic reputation for fresh food and awarding winning afternoon teas.
Hours of work are 8am-4pm with the occasional evening which is paid at an increased hourly rate.
The right candidate must have the following -
Food hygiene certificate
Proven track record of working in busy high volume kitchens
Strong leadership skills
Demonstrate an excellent work ethic
Experience in controlling budgets and rotas
