Our client is a luxury Country House Hotel and function venue set in the heart of Wiltshire serving fresh, contemporary food to Rosette level by their multi award-winning Head Chef. Providing of one of the most established and stunning Restaurants in the county, serving locally sourced food with sensational views of the stunning surroundings.
The ideal Candidate
Extremely passionate about your work and have the ability to inject that passion into each dish you create
You must have a 2 Rosette background due to the standard of the establishment
Proven experience as a Sous Chef at the highest level
Excellent communication skills, be able to liaise effectively with the Head Chef and front of house
Provide the highest level of support to the Head Chef
Knowledge of budgets, menu costings and GP control
Having a creative flair when providing new ideas for menu changes/daily specials
Consistently creating new ways to provide efficient service and minimalise food wastage
Thrive on training and developing Junior Chefs and also great team work skills

A competitive salary of £26,000 - £27,000 per annum plus tips
