This stunning gastro pub, which is located in the heart of central London, is seeking the talents of an experienced Sous Chef to oversee its operation. You will be creating fine European cuisine with a strong focus on using only the freshest seasonal produce available. There are also corporate and private events hosted at the venue. You must have proven experience within high standard fine dining environments.
As Sous Chef, you will be working closely with the Head Chef on all sections. You would be involved in the menu planning as well as be responsible for training the junior chefs in the brigade. This company has new sites planned for the near future and there will be great opportunities for you to be involved in within the new openings. A salary of £30,000 to £35,000 per annum is available for the right Sous Chef.
