Hospitality - Sous Chef - £35,000 – Central London – Contract Catering

My client is looking for a passionate enthusiastic, creative and Michelin qualified sous chef to assist in running hospitality functions and directors dining for their prestigious site in the city of London.

They offer fine dining experience, canapés, buffet and directors dining, as well as some time to relax with the occasional BBQ be let’s be honest which chefs don’t love to cook over an open fire!! Using fresh ingredients the ideal candidate will have a stable and proven background cooking at Michelin level.

You will be able to demonstrate creative flair and attention to detail, particularly for hospitality.

As the Sous Chef, you will be working straight shifts, Monday to Friday mainly with hours of 7-3.30pm with the occasional evening during the week depending on pre-booked events.

You will oversee a team of 3 and be fully accountable for all menus designed.


  • Experience in the contract sector is desirable although not essential
  • Two years’ experience at Sous Chef Level as must
  • Michelin trained a must
  • 5 Star hotel experience desirable
  • Banqueting experience desirable
