About this Loch Fyne

Loch Fyne, St Albans are recruiting for a Sous Chef to lead the back of house team. It will be your
mission to oversee the management of the department as well as delivering training to team members, assisting the operational needs of the business and driving excellent & exquisite dishes to our guests under the care and provision of the Head Chef.

As you divide your time between our residential inductions and your training house of excellence, we'll ensure that you have all of the knowledge and skills needed to be able to bring your own winning ways to your new business
