Our client is presently seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join it's small brigade at their restaurant in Effingham.
With an ever-changing menu, redesigned every month to make best use of locally sourced seasonal ingredients, this business is winning awards for the high quality of it's food and service.
They feature nightly specials bringing back repeat business and pride themselves on the fact that 100% of the food from their kitchen is produced from scratch including all breads, sauces and jams.
The successful applicant will join the team ASAP, the current Sous departs on December 20th.
There is live-in accommodation available at a cost of £15 per day. All food is provided on shift. Live-in chef's are also entitled to free food on their days off.
You will be on rota to work 5 days from 7, sometimes with a split-shift, so applicants should live within commutable distance of Effingham to make this work if you're not live-in. The rota will also allow for every 3rd weekend off!!
Competitive salary available £29/30k p/a live-out, £27k p/a live-in.
