An experienced Sous chef whom is looking for progression within a small but growing company, you will have a passion and drive for service and providing an excellent level of food to their customers.
As Sous chef you will cover service on occasions in the chefs absence, worknig with a team of three other chefs to provide an a la carte style service with pub classics and daily specials but at gastro pub level.
offering an excellent starting salary with cash tips and bonus scheme which is on average around £3k per year currently, but is defineatly increase year or year.
Sous chef- The role
-working to support the Head chef and growing team of chefs
-working both straight and splits shifts
-Opportunity to progress with a growing company
-fresh food menus and involvement in redesign
-ensuring all training and development of junior team members is completed
-over seeing all HACCP and COSHH

Sous chef- Your experience
-At least two years professional experience with good pub and gastro pub kitchens
-Minimum of years as a Sous chef in a professional kitchen
-Knowledge of fresh food menus
-qualified chef ideally to a level 3
-able to work unsociable hours 5/7
-Live in the Bedford area- or are a driver with own car.
