Sous Chef, AA Rosette Oxfordshire Pub (OX2) to £28k + tips
This beautiful Pub with boutique bedrooms and AA rosette dining is looking for a strong and experienced Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef in the running of this busy and well-known pub.
Set in a quiet corner but very close to central Oxford, this role would suit a local Chef with their own transport as accommodation isn't available.
The food offering is all fresh and locally sourced with seasonally changed menus and specials. Offering popular British and European dishes for its bustling local trade or regulars as well as weddings, banquets and residents.
The ideal candidate will be;
* strong/willing to learn the administration aspects of kitchen management
* able to assist the Head Chef with producing innovative and exciting menus
* experienced in the training of junior chefs and porters
* knowledgeable in all matters of Hygiene and Health and Safety
