Sous Chef required for a Fresh Food Restaurant in Manchester. Salary is £30,000 + Tips. This restaurant will be serving dishes in a casual dining environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef.
As Sous Chef you will assist the Head Chef in the management of the kitchen, ensuring everything is of a high standard. You will help to manage the team of chefs, maintain standards, meet GP percentages and food cost budgets. This role will include all the normal Sous Chef duties.
We are looking for a Sous Chef with current experience as a Sous Chef or a Junior Sous chef looking for more responsibility and a step up. Fresh food experience would be beneficial for this role
