A fantastic hotel in Berkshire is currently recruiting for a Sous Chef role
A Sous Chef role is available at a luxury hotel where you will be assisting the Head Chef of the Brasserie style restaurant kitchen with the day to day running of the operation. This is an open plan kitchen that serves the busy Brasserie that offers diners a combination of classic and modern dishes within a relaxed atmosphere making it one of the most popular outlets at the property. As Sous Chef you will be expected to excellent all round cooking skills with the ability to run service times when required to do so and lead the kitchen on the Head Chefs days off.
This role is suited to an experienced Sous Chef who has been working in high quality, fresh food kitchens where you were cooking for large numbers on a daily basis. As well as being a strong chef it is also important that you are a confident team leader with the ability to run the kitchen when required.
