Solution Architect - Payments

Solutions Architect - Payments / Investment Bank / £750 per day / Chester / Hybrid

My financial client, are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect with commercial banking (payments, receivables, account services, liquidity etc.) experience or specific domain knowledge domain knowledge to join their team on a contract basis.

Candidates will ideally have:

• Experience defining an architectural vision and solution architecture which aligns with the business strategy, enterprise architecture strategy, technology and platform choices.
• Experience describing the solution intent and the associated operating environment, determines the primary systems/subsystems and their interfaces, defining non-functional requirements.
• Experience ensuring the solution is fit for purpose by working with stakeholders, vendors/service providers. In parallel, evaluating the impact of strategic design decisions.
• Experience leading rapid shaping of a high-level architecture with details filled in with emerging business requirements; ensures architecture is flexible and modular and designed to adapt easily.
• Experience performing design reviews to ensure all non-functional requirements for a solution are sufficiently met (e.g. security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability).
  

The rate is going to be up to £750 inside IR35. You will be required to go on site 2-3 days per week in Chester
