Solicitor - Intellectual Property - 4 years PQE

Posted 4 January by Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment Ended

My client is a leading Top 100 national law firm and has an exciting opportunity for a junior to mid-level solicitor to undertake a wide range of high quality contentious and non-contentious intellectual property work in their Bristol office.

The firm have built a well-established and highly regarded practice that counts many household name and luxury international brands as key clients. As part of their team in Bristol, you will develop your expertise on a wide range of IP matters, both contentious and non-contentious. In addition to supporting partners on large and complex cases, you will be responsible for your own files - enjoying a good degree of autonomy and responsibility with the support of partner supervision and ongoing development.

As a solicitor, or equivalent, you will already have gained a good grounding of intellectual property law, probably over at least three years post qualification in a specialist team. You will have plenty of contentious experience and, ideally, non contentious experience.

On offer is a very competitive starting salary, the chance of genuine high quality work from the start and excellent career progression prospects.

Please contact Steven Collings (Recruitment Consultant) to discuss the role in more detail or apply through the vacancy for immediate consideration.
