Software Engineer - Contract

My client is seeking a Software Engineer who brings essential experience in languages such as Python, Go, TypeScript, or similar, along with a dedication to using various technologies to craft outstanding backend solutions.

Duration: 6 months
Location: Fully Remote
Salary:£400 per day (Outside of IR35)

Key Qualifications:

• Experience in a Frontend Engineer role, specifically using React in a professional setting to develop semantic, accessible, and modular code;
• Demonstrated skills as a Backend Engineer with proficiency in at least one crucial language such as Python, Go, etc.;
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes;
• Skilled in using distributed version control systems, particularly Git;
• Proficient with various databases, both relational and non-relational;
• A strong commitment to continuous integration and continuous delivery practices;
• Extensive testing skills, encompassing code quality, security, user journeys, and accessibility;
• Experience in developing high-performance and scalable applications;
• Adept at designing and implementing RESTful web services;
• Proficient in creating and managing GraphQL services;
• Experience with performance monitoring tools;
