Overview

The Social Media & Video Content Manager will be responsible for social media for the brand, as well as content creation, community management, social media strategy, and email management. The ideal candidate will be creative, have exceptional attention to detail and have a roll-your-sleeves-up approach to wider marketing areas. This position is an ideal opportunity for candidates to engage with the public and develop a strong online and email marketing presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-platform social media strategy.

  • Analyze data and generate metric reports to optimize performance.

  • Identify and engage global influencers to enhance brand visibility.

  • Implement full-scale community management, ensuring prompt responses to comments and messages.

  • Stay in touch with emerging trends and integrate them into brand strategies.

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns for the company.

  • Enhance and expand the company's social media presence.

  • Craft compelling content to promote the brand and its services.

  • Monitor industry developments to stay ahead of social media trends.

  • Propose and implement innovative marketing strategies aligned with industry trends.

Requirements
The ideal candidate for the Social Media & Video Content Manager will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, in an eCommerce, marketing or digital marketing-focused company, whether client-side or agency.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field (preferred).

  • Minimum 3 years' previous social media experience ideally within health,  wellness, & fitness or a similar industry;

  • Proficiency in social platforms including Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn and Pinterest.

  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Proficient in Adobe, Designing and video editing;
  • Happy to get involved in all aspects of the business.

Salary: £30,000 -  £45,000 per annum

Location: UK – Remote
