Role: The Videographer will be responsible for creating high-converting video content for a range of clients. This includes developing scroll-stopping ad creatives, visiting clients to film products and testimonials, and contributing to the agency’s organic presence through internal filming. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, ensuring that all deliverables meet client expectations and are aligned with the agency’s high standards for quality and creativity. Video content creation: Produce high-quality video assets for ads, client projects, and internal purposes. Client collaboration: Visit clients to film their products and testimonials when needed. Agency organic content: Film internal workshops and general office activity for agency promotion. Creative collaboration/ideation: Work closely with internal teams to brainstorm and ideate video concepts. Stay current: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in videography and digital marketing. Requirements: The successful candidate must be a highly creative individual with at least 2 years of experience in videography, ideally within the eCommerce field. We are looking for someone who can take initiative, work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 2 years of experience in videography. Experience in the eCommerce field is a bonus. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to take ownership of projects with minimal supervision. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. A keen eye for detail and a passion for producing high-quality video content. Salary: 35,000 - 50,000 per annum, depending on experience. Videographer - DTC Digital Agency

Overview: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operations Manager to join a growing team within the personal care and cosmetic industry. This new role is pivotal to ensuring smooth operational processes across multiple regions, with a focus on shipping, forecasting, retailer registrations, and product registrations. Role: The successful candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and attention to detail to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Oversee and coordinate shipments from manufacturers to warehouses in the UK and Globally. Manage purchase orders, delivery notes, and the creation of invoices. Forecast demand and manage stock levels to meet retailer and consumer needs. Handle retailer registrations, including new product registration across multiple countries, particularly for personal care products. Support the back-end management of Shopify, including tasks such as editing photos and making changes to product listings. Ensure compliance with international product registration requirements, including detailed forms and documentation. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and improve workflow. Liaise with new retailers, such as large department stores, ensuring a smooth onboarding process. The company is in the beauty space, operating in a direct to consumer model via their website, as well in stores and retail partners both online and in-store, globally. The he company is growing from strength to strength in both team size and numbers, which is why the Senior Social Media Executive position is such a critical and important role for the business, and will be responsible creating original digital content across various social media platforms. Although this is a remote role, occasional travel into London may be required. Overview The Social Media Executive role will sit alongside a wider marketing team and will be responsible for social media for the beauty brand, as well as community management, social media strategy, email management and working alongside a Marketing Manager, Graphic Designer and Paid Media Manager. The ideal candidate will be creative, have exceptional attention to detail and have a roll-your-sleeves-up approach to wider marketing areas.
