Position: International Social Media Manager
Location: Godalming, Surrey, UK or GMT +/- 2 hours, with monthly travel to Godalming
Job Type: Full Time, 1 year Fixed Term Contract with a view of extending (depending on funding)
Hours: 37 hours per week; but with some flexibility
Salary: £33,000 to £35,500 (depending on experience)

About the role:
They are looking for an International Social Media specialist, with experience in writing and implementing international social media strategies. And who will make their social media communications thrive.
The International Social Media Manager post will contribute a vital part in our clients growth ambitions. This role will establish strong and effective social media strategies, overarching by country, and by campaign. It will work closely with the International Campaigns and Individual Giving departments to engage with new people, be integral part of our clients supporter journey communications, enhance their communications and community management.
You will report into their International Head of Media, with additional direction from their Director of International Individual giving. You will lead and direct an integrated social media strategy across offices and markets. This role encompasses global work, in an organisation that is on the brink of investing in and pushing for real growth. You will contribute, with their Global Engagement Team, to drive forward shared and integrated bold targets for the organisation, including increasing our clients supporter base.
The post is based at their international headquarters in Godalming, Surrey (45 minutes from London Waterloo). The office is a 3 minute walk from Godalming mainline train station.
They are looking for someone with international experience, who can write and implement strategies, who can support and mentor staff remotely. Someone to work close with their International Data Analyst and make effective data-based recommendations. Someone who can combine creating fantastic content fortheir International channels, without losing the higher-level overview. Someone who can oversee the implementation of the strategy globally, and report on progress and outcomes.
