An award-winning agency in Manchester is on the lookout for a talented Social Media Account Director to join their passionate team and help build and maintain their social media marketing. If you have a flair for creativity and a passion for building strong client relationships and delivering world-class social media campaigns, then this could be the role for you!

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Approx. 5 years experience working on big brand social media accounts, preferably within an agency or similar creative environment
  • Strong knowledge of various social media platforms, their functionalities, and best practices for organic and paid campaigns
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms to track and measure performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights to drive strategy
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members
  • Represent your company at industry forums, conferences and seminars.
  • Support company culture wholeheartedly, sharing the company's vision and values with staff and encouraging a positive working environment.
  • Demonstrating exemplary conduct at all times, setting high standards to junior members of the team.
