SME Account Handler – Insurance

You will join us as a SME Account Handler including processing renewals, mid-term adjustments, client queries and cancellations. 

SME Account Handler Responsibilities: 

- Reviewing policies. 
- Maintaining regular contact with clients. 
- Build strong client relationships. 

SME Account Handler Requirements: 

- You will be customer focussed and have excellent communication skills both verbal and written. 
- You will be used to working at a fast pace with either commercial or personal lines experience. 
- You will be working with premiums between £100 & £2500.
