Our client is a well established construction company who deal with fit out, refurbishment and new build covering nationwide projects.

Position: Permanent Site Manager
Location: Lancashire
Salary: £50,000
Additional Benefits:

• £25 per day for food
• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays

Key Requirements:

• Must have First Aid certification
• Drivers License
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
• CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) certification
• Experience managing projects within the £1.5m-£4m range

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety, adhering to regulations and company policies.
• Manage resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Monitor progress and report on project status to senior management.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
• Ensure quality standards are met and work meets client expectations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to site staff, fostering a positive working environment.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
