First project - New build Mosque -
value 13m - 84 weeks - Steel frame + fitout
Location: Morden London
Full turnkey package.

Civils package already underway - Site based PM and Site Engineer already on site

Responsibilities/Duties:

Maintain the site in good order so that appearance of the offices and workplace, Cultivate relationships with client, professional team and subcontractors, Accompany client and his representatives whenever he visits site, Keep Construction Phase Health and Safety Plans up to date as information is received from subcontractors. Review subcontractors Safetly plan, Liaise with Health & Safety Manager on all audit scores and matters of concern., Participate in preparation of quality plans and use appropriate check sheets for each activity and monitor results, Thorough checking of all drawings and specification and raising of RFI's for any queries arising, Participation in preparation of Materials Procurement Schedules, Record all construction activities on site desk diary and submit copies to head office on completion, Ensure all drawings and other documents are stored tidily and easily recoverable when required. Filing box can be obtained from administration department and filed as per company standard.

Immediate requirement - x2 stage interview - stage 1 in office & stage 2 on site (introduction to PM)

Experience:
Location of candidate not a factor - but ideally South London
Have new build experience - values upto £13m across commercial or industrial
Site Manager - min 3+ years
Completed a minimum of 3 projects inception to completion
Certificates: SMSTS, CSCS and First aid
