Shop Fit Site Manager
£40,000 + Van
Package - £40,000 + Van, fuel card, no tax due to only business usage. overtime £200per shift for weekends. £25per out of hour shift pattern,
Our Client is one of the leading shop fitters in the UK, including the delivery of national and local refurbishment projects that are completed to the highest standards. The company has a proven track record of delivering fast track projects to an array of sectors including Commercial, Financial and Retail.
My client are actively looking for a Site Manager who is willing to work nationwide Monday - Friday, weekend work as and when project requires.
Additional Training: SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS Card, NVQ/City & Guilds in Joinery.
Must be flexible to 12 days on 2 off, days and nights. Must be currently in the shopfitting market 1-3yrs.
Being in contracts with the countries largest retailers such as Hilton, marstons. Dunhelm Mill. Maplins, Thorntons, Greggs, Wilkinsons ETC - Must have rollout/frameworks experience but the client also works on competitve tender projects and have worked with a contractor of a similar nature. My client insist that although the role is predominantly a Site manager role the successful candidate will be hands on if required to do so. They will be able to read drawings, follow a programme of works and have a good track record with Health & Safety procedures.
Contracts are usually 1 week - 16 week programmes and value from minor works of £50k - £1m New Build Fit Out Developer Shell Projects
Key requirements for the role are delivering an effective health and safety regime, showing excellent leadership skills, having experience of managing in a live environment and the ability to identify and resolve issues on and off site.
