Your new job as Site Manager
Reporting to the Project Manager your main responsibility will be to manage site staff ensuring delivery of the project to programme and ensuring that safety, quality and cost control is maintained.

More about the role:
- Responsible for ensuring that safety standards are maintained at all times
- Management and co-ordination of all site activities
Establish and monitor key stage programmes
Providing progress reports
Managing relationships with external authorities
Providing input to the design process and ensuring all necessary approvals are in place to allow project to progress without risk
Identify, select and manage third party involvement
Raise and close out all safety, quality and environmental issues
Ensuring all necessary method statements and risk assessments are appropriate and in place for all sub-contractors
Chairing site meetings
Required Skills, Abilities and Qualifications:
- Experience of working as a sole site manager
Possess relevant CSCS card, SMSTS and First Aid at Work
Relevant industry qualification preferred
Good technical knowledge of construction operations
Good management and leadership skills
Ability to pre-empt problems
