Site Manager - Devon - Kitchen and Bathroom upgrades

Options Resourcing Ltd is working with a loyal client who are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their Exeter operation due to a new contract being awarded. The company specialise in working with in the affordable housing sector, offering planned maintenance services to include kitchen and bathroom upgrades in occupied homes on behalf of Local Authorities and Housing Associations alike.

The housing stock is spread across Devon, so a company car or a car allowance will be provided as part of the competitive package.

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

Kitchens or Bathroom installation experience or small refurbishments specifically with in the domestic sector and ideally with public sector landlords
Excellent client facing skills. A large part of the role involves customer and tenant liaison. Customer Service is imperative
You will be reporting in to a Contract manager who is responsible for the overall Project/Contract
