A pivotal role in the end to end management of the AP and AR team, this role has a wide remit across process and systems improvement, team management and building excellent internal and external client relationships.
Responsible for 2 centres of excellence based in the South West and 5 local councils, this role requires daily travel and flexibility.

- Directs technical resources (post-transition) to stabilise the AR and AP modules for each Client
- Ensures all Client Self-Help reports are functional and accessible, and a full set of standard reports are available across all instances.
