Service Desk Analyst

Our Client in Central London are searching for a Service Desk Analyst to join their National support team. Reporting into the Service Desk Manager you will be providing support and customer service to the internal customer base.

Ideally, for this Service Desk Analyst position the client are looking for someone with over 18 months professional experience with the following:

  • Customer Service
  • Windows 7, 8 and 10, including transition
  • Mac would be beneficial
  • SCCM exposure
  • Office 365 and Office 2016
  • Cisco Call Manager
  • Remote support experience
  • Experience of working on mini projects (upgrading up to 10 computers from Windows 7 to 10 etc
  • VPN support knowledge
  • Cisco IP phones
  • Articulate with strong communication skills
  • Calm and precise
  • Used to working in a challenging environment
  • Enthusiastic, Professional and Passionate
  • Open to learn and grow - training will be provided

For this Service Desk Analyst role you will:

  • Provide excellent customer service to the internal customers
  • Support an internal customer base of 1300
  • Support and clear self service tickets
  • Field service desk calls (shared across the team)
  • Work on mini projects, including the transition and migration from Windows 7 to Windows 10
  • Work on a site rotation (across London)
  • Represent the IT Service team to the company
