I am currently recruiting for a Service Coordinator, the role will consist of 1st line of queries from clients and internal teams, managing engineer’s diaries and forthcoming works in a fast paced service department.
Carrying out remote diagnostics with the aim to resolve the enquiry.
Ideally the candidate will need to hit the ground running, be highly computer literate and be able to work under pressure.
Create and update excel spreadsheets
Assist with commissioning paperwork and relevant queries
Answer incoming calls/emails to the service department and resolve queries if possible
If you are computer literate and have a technical focus and are looking for an opportunity to work in a team which is office based this could be the role you are looking for.
