Seeking a Service Administrator / Scheduler to join this expanding business based in Medway. We are looking for someone who has strong scheduling experience preferably within the service industry.
You will have experience scheduling engineers as an emergency as well as for future bookings, the ability to multi task and use your initiative. You must have the ability to hit the ground running in this role! My client is experiencing a period of growth and the successful candidate must be able to grow alongside the business.
Alongside the scheduling, you will be taking on generic admin tasks including filing, photocopying and scanning. You will be able to turn your hand at any of the administration tasks that are outstanding in the office.
Duties will include:
- Scheduling and organising service visits
- Scheduling and arranging travel for the engineers and managers
- Liaising with various teams to inform them of the progress and outcomes of service visits
- Logging and tracking bookings
- Creating weekly reports
- Generating quotes
- Processing returns for repairs and updating clients
The ideal candidate will have strong organisation and communication skills, time management, good telephone manner and good self-motivation.
This is an immediate start temporary - permanent position starting as early as tomorrow. Working hours 8am-5pm.
